Welcome to Debbie Powell – our new team member for Foxhunters!

Date of news/blog: 7th September 2018

A big warm welcome to a new member of our team!

Debbie joins us in a variety of roles – she will be the first point of contact when visitors come to our home in reception and will help guide and support people with any query they may have. Debbie will also be supporting Lucy with the administration and processing of recruitment applications.

Debbie said; “Having lived locally all my life, I am delighted to be able to start working for Dormy Care at their flagship home in Abergavenny. I have watched the home being built and myself and my family are thrilled that such a fabulous development is coming to the local area.

“I have worked in the care industry for several years, I am really looking forward to the journey I have now started with Foxhunters Care Community.  It’s such a priviledge to be part of the team from so early on and to watch how things grow and develop. I can’t wait to start meeting new people and welcoming them into our family.”

Debbie has recently become a Dementia Champion and is looking forward to working with local groups in the Community to help with our Dementia Friendly accreditation.

We wish Debbie all the luck in her new role!
