How is care personalised for each individual?

Every new lady or gentleman undergoes a thorough assessment by our experienced care team to understand their physical, emotional, and social needs. From this, a bespoke care plan is created in consultation with them, and their family. Care plans are regularly reviewed and adapted to ensure our ladies and gentlemen receive the most appropriate support as their needs change.

What activities are there?

Our homes offer a vibrant and varied activities programme, with two engaging activities every day to suit all interests: from flower arranging, arts and crafts, quizzes and games to guided tours and live entertainment. Residents also enjoy regular trips out in our minibus to explore the local area, as well as special annual events like our much-loved Virtual Cruise Week. We’re always creating new experiences too, this year, our residents even published a book celebrating their favourite songs, reflecting the creativity and community spirit at the heart of our homes.
