The facilities are outstanding 5 star. Every possible need of the residents are met

I have been in care homes in many parts of the country for over 20 years. In all of that time, I have never been in a better one. The facilities are outstanding 5 star. Every possible need of the residents are met whether it is clinical, care or leisure. However, it is the staff who really make the difference all of them from the director down are brilliant. Always smiling and eager to go the extra mile and they do.
