A lovely day

We had a lovely day celebrating the 80th anniversary of VE Day. This included a trip down memory lane with Richard Bevis, a very talented singer and performer, who treated us to some fantastic renditions of some wartime favourites. Many of our ladies and gentlemen remember what it was like being a child during the war and knowing the sacrifices their loved ones and friends made, so it’s always nice to be able to mark important days like this.
