Pine Martin Grange host ‘cooking for dysphagia’ morning

We are always looking at new and innovative ways to support our ladies and gentlemen and to develop the skills our teams have here at Pine Martin Grange!

Recently, we hosted an informative dysphagia event in conjunction with one of our local food suppliers, Country Fayre.

A condition that causes individuals to have problems swallowing certain foods and liquids, the event included demonstrations of how to produce food for people with dysphagia, hosted by award-winning chef, Preston Walker, who has over 25 years’ experience in the industry.

The morning was highly informative and well-attended, and we were delighted to welcome other care providers and health care professionals to our home!
