Date of event: 21st April 2018

Care Home Open Day will be held on 21st April 2018 and is all about Linking Communities. It’s a chance to celebrate all the different people, cultures and relationships in the local area and show that care homes are friendly, happy and exciting places to be.

A big part of Care Home Open Day is about bringing the community through our doors and establishing meaningful and long-term friendships and with this in mind we would love you to join us for one of our fun activities. A chance to see our home in action and meet new people.

Pine Martin Grange has been awarded best new care home so why not drop by, be part of our special day and even discuss how we believe life begins when you make our new home yours!
