Brockington House Adopts a Gorilla!

Date of news/blog: 13th November 2019

Brockington House is proud to have adopted two gorillas named Mugaruke and Chimanuka through the international Born Free Foundation.

Dedicated to ensuring that all wild animals are treated with compassion and respect, The Born Free Foundation carry out amazing and important work to protect endangered species.

To say thank you, we were sent a cuddly toy gorilla by the foundation which will be donated to the Sunshine Radio Christmas toy appeal.

This appeal takes place every year and calls for local businesses to donate toys which will help to raise a smile for some of the most vulnerable and poorly children in Herefordshire, Monmouthshire and Worcestershire. In 2018, the appeal donated more than £36,000 to children in the area.

We are extremely pleased to be able to support two such worthy causes!
