Are you a Registered General Nurse seeking a new and exciting opportunity?

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse include:
    • Direct and indirect care to all residents
    • Assessments, planning, implementing and evaluation of resident needs whilst ensuring appropriate care is provided
    • Ordering, collecting, storing and administering medicines in accordance with NMC and Local Authorities Guidelines
    • Make clinical recommendations
    • Managing staff and resources when required
    • Taking charge and dealing with all emergencies involving residents
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements of Registered Nurse:
    • You will be required to hold a current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
    • 2 Years’ experience in a care home setting
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Willingness to learn and attend conferences, professional organizations to keep abreast of developments in Nursing

Responsibilities of Care Assistant include:

Housekeepers

Bramshott Grange is looking to expand the Housekeeping Team.

Job Description
  • To provide a comprehensive housekeeping service for all residents, employees and visitors to the care home.
  • To ensure that the interior of the establishment, furniture, fittings and fixtures are clean, tidy and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best practice and within the financial plans agreed.
  • To actively participate within your role in a service that is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led.
Main Responsibilities:
  • To clean resident’s bedrooms, communal areas, corridors, visitor’s cloakrooms, private dining space, and all areas of the Home that are not the responsibility of the Catering department.
  • To clean floors, work surfaces, and related equipment manually and also by use of the equipment provided.
  • To be responsible for resident and the Home’s laundry, adhering to policies and procedures relevant to working in the Laundry. Ensuring that all daily, weekly and monthly records are kept as required.
  • To wear all appropriate PPE equipment for specific activities.
  • To ensure that proper standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • To exercise due diligence and to ensure that standards of hygiene are strictly maintained.
  • To comply with requirements of cleaning schedules and ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly records are kept as required.
  • To ensure that adequate and safe storage of all housekeeping products and equipment.
  • To comply with regulations in respect of Health & Safety at Work, COSHH, Environmental Health and Fire Procedures.
  • To promptly report all mechanical defects and hazards to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Support the implementation, orientation and induction of new employees.
  • Be responsible for developing own skills and knowledge.
