80th anniversary of VE Day

There was lots happening to mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day starting with a live stream of the service from Westminster Abbey, followed by a traditional lunch from the period, Pam making a speech and raising a toast and then activities from an Oomph activity book. We also had some lovely cupcakes too. a themed street party and magnificent performance from Mandy who sang wartime period songs.
