Our ladies and gents don’t need telling that it takes two to tango, after all, they come from a generation era where dancing and dance halls were all the rage. That’s one of the many reasons why dance and music forms an important part of the activity programme at Brockington House. We’re fortunate to have a regular instructor, Becks, who comes into the home to help keep our ladies and gents moving. Recently, Becks brought in The Starlight Dancers who performed for our ladies and gents before playing ‘catch’ with pretend snowballs. It was an overall great sensory and therapeutic experience for everyone.
