Food safety training
Date of news/blog: 17th February 2026Our staff recently underwent IDDDI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) food safety training today overseen by our catering and hospitality team. This is all about improving safety for people with difficulty swallowing which can be a problem as our ladies and gentlemen get older. This forms part of our continuous staff training and development programme at Brockington House.
