That’s because the award recognises people who really shine and reflect the Dormy values by going above and beyond each and every day
In winning a silver category in the recent awards, Rajesh James demonstrated what everyone at Pine Martin Grange already knows – that going and above and beyond in his job is something he doesn’t even need to work at.
Whether it’s his attention to detail when he is painting in his role as our Maintenance Assistant or his cleanliness in his other role as a Kitchen Assistant, it’s safe to say that Raj ticks all the boxes when it comes to reflecting the Dormy spirit.
Raj worked in fire safety in his native India before h started working at PMG in January 2024 after moveing to the UK with his family.
Manju, our Home Director at PMG, says Raj epitomises all that is good about Dormy Care Communities and that he has become an invaluable asset, popular with staff and our ladies and gentlemen alike.
When asked about winning the award, a very modest Raj said: “It was a nice surprise.”
He may shy, but it’s fair to say his actions speak much louder than words!
