Food has always been in my blood. I have worked for some very successful restaurants in London, culminating 15 years of industry experience. This has afforded me some amazing opportunities, including the service of private dinners within Windsor Castle and the opportunity to work with one of my industry role models, Angela Hartnett. It is a privilege and an honour to have worked alongside some of the industry leaders, but it is even more of an honour and a privilege to have to opportunity to use this experience to bring something special to the Care Industry.
Dormy Care Communities has created an opportunity for me to exercise and develop my passion, not just for food, but also for service, allowing me to try to create a truly unique and special dining experience within our Care Community. It is our aim to make the experience of food special for everyone within our community. Whether fully independent or living with dementia, it is my belief that everyone should be shown that same respect and be allowed to enjoy that experience as much as possible.
