This week, we’ve been meeting and interviewing candidates who will hopefully soon join our team at Bramshott Grange. Similarly to Pine Martin Grange, Bramshott Grange is a luxury, all-inclusive care home situated in Liphook, Hampshire.
We strongly believe that a cohesive and happy team is key to the overall success of any care home. For this reason, we’ve put a lot of thought into finding the best people to work alongside us. Our most recent job vacancies have been for the positions of Deputy Home Director, Community Engagement Manager, and an Administrator. So far in our interviews and meetings, we’ve been truly overwhelmed by the quality of the candidates. They have each shared our vision and have passion for delivering first class care within surroundings of equally high standard. With such a brilliant selection of applicants to choose from, it’s going to be difficult to make our final decision!
Working in a caring profession depends greatly upon communication and team work. Despite all the excitement surrounding our recruitment, we are even more pleased to announce that now our recruitment campaign is underway, the grand opening of our show suites is just ten weeks away! Bramshott Grange, opening in February 2018, is set to be a lovely addition to the tranquil Renaissance village of Bramshott Place. The home itself has been interior designed throughout and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens.
